Types of Membership
Single Membership
Membership for individuals who do not require a vehicle permit under the Vic Roads Club Permit Scheme (CPS)
Joining Fee - $20
Full Membership - $60pa
Distance Membership - $40pa
For members who reside outside 100km from Metro Victoria)
CPS Membership
Membership for individuals who require a vehicle permit under the Roads Victoria Club Permit Scheme (CPS).
The vehicle and member MUST reside within Victoria.

Vehicle Permit under CPS - No Charge
Social Membership
For individuals who wish to attend our social events, but do not own a vehicle, but wish to drive a members CPS vehicle.
Joining Fee - $20
Social Membership - $30pa
This membership is for an individual person.
Full membership fee and distant membership fee. Distant membership is a discounted fee available to any member who ordinarily resides in excess of a 100 kilometre radius of the Melbourne GPO.
All membership fees are due for renewal on the 31st March each year. Fees must be received by then otherwise a $20.00 re-joining fee will apply.
Payment may be made by via the online payment gateway, or cash, cheque or Australian Money Orders payable to the ‘Ford Coupe Club of Australia’. Alternatively, direct deposits or electronic transfers may be made directly to the club bank account, details of which are available at check out and on your invoice. Please use your name as in the reference section.
For payments made via direct deposit, electronic or internet transfer, please make sure you email the club secretary and treasurer with your payment details and receipt number.
Newsletters are issued quarterly. Our preferred method of distribution is by e-mail. To receive the newsletter by e-mail your system must be able to accommodate a .pdf attachment of 4 to 5mb.
You may mute emails in your Membership area when you login if you do not wish to receive these.
All votes shall be given personally. A question arising at a general meeting or an annual general meeting of the club shall be determined on a show of hands.
To be eligible for election to a committee position, a person must be a financial club member of at least 12 months standing.
Elections to committee positions occur at the AGM in August of each year. Any eligible member may nominate prior to or at the AGM. In the event there is more than one nomination for any committee position both nominees will leave the room and a secret vote is conducted. The nominee who secures the majority of votes will win the position.

It is the responsibility of the individual member to ensure their details are up to date. This is of particular importance with e-mail addresses as e-mail is our primary method of communication.
