Please find attached the 2026 Walkabout Services Hardtop Hustle - Sunshine Coast - Registration Form.

Just like other years, if you are bringing your partner, and we hope you are, as the event is made to accommodate family, then you have the option of paying an extra $85, or buying another Event Entrant Pack at $120, and you get the second set of included meal tickets, and the second set of Event Merchandise. Entries must be lodged by Monday 25th May 2026 to guarantee your merchandise availability. Later entries will be accepted however you may not receive your requested merchandise.

Meals included are;

• Pizza on Friday night.
• Bacon and Egg Muffin on Saturday morning.
• Pub Lunch on Saturday afternoon.
• Roast Dinner on Saturday night.
• Bacon and Egg Roll on the Sunday morning.
• Pub Lunch on Sunday afternoon.

Event Merchandise;

• Event Polo
• Event Cap
• Event Stubby Cooler
• Event Sticker (one per car).
• Event Lanyard and Name Tag (one per car).

Event Itinerary at this stage will be;

From 11am Friday the 28th August 2026 – Currimundi Hotel – meet and greet, pick up your Merchandise Pack, and enjoy lunch…and then onto Alex Beach Cabins for Pizza and Drinks from 6pm.

8am Saturday the 29th August 2026 – Bowdens Own Warehouse Facility at Kawana Waters, and then a great cruise to Villa Noosa Hotel for lunch…Roast Night at Alex Beach Cabins from 6pm.

8am Sunday the 30th August 2026 – Banana Bender Pub on the Bruce Highway at Palmview for the Show ‘n’ Shine component, with presentations at 1pm.
