Constitution
All members must read, understand and agree to abide by our Constitution.
Club Permit Scheme
The club is accredited to run a Vic Roads Permit Scheme for all established club members. Details of our CPS policy and administration are detailed below in the attached policy document. The conditions of which are subject to change.
Additional Member Information
Membership.
This membership is for an individual person.
Fee Structure.
Full membership fee and distant membership fee. Distant membership is a discounted fee available to any member who ordinarily resides in excess of a 100 kilometre radius of the Melbourne GPO. Fees and payment. All membership fees are due for renewal on the 31st March each year.
Fees must be received by then otherwise a $20.00 re-joining fee will apply.
Payment may be made by cash, cheque or Australian Money Orders payable to the ‘Ford Coupe Club of Australia’. Alternatively, direct deposits or electronic transfers may be made directly to the club bank account, details of which are available on the application form. Please use your name as in the reference section.
For payments made via direct deposit, electronic or internet transfer, please make sure you email the club secretary and treasurer with your payment details and receipt number.
Newsletters.
Newsletters are issued quarterly. Our preferred method of distribution is by e-mail. To receive the newsletter by e-mail your system must be able to accommodate a .pdf attachment of 4 to 5mb.
Members may mute emails from the club by logging into the website and selecting the mute option for the relevant emails under the "emails" tab in the membership area.
Voting.
All votes shall be given personally. A question arising at a general meeting or an annual general meeting of the club shall be determined on a show of hands.
Committee Eligibility.
To be eligible for election to a committee position, a person must be a financial club member of at least 12 months standing.
Committee Elections.
Elections to committee positions occur at the AGM in August of each year. Any eligible member may nominate prior to or at the AGM.
In the event there is more than one nomination for any committee position both nominees will leave the room and a secret vote is conducted.
The nominee who secures the majority of votes will win the position.

Member Details.
It is the responsibility of the individual member to ensure their details are up to date.
Please update your details by logging in to your Members area, and editing your details in the "My Account" tab. Alternatively, you may forward any amendments to the club secretary.
Conduct
THE FORD COUPE CLUB WILL NOT TOLERATE INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR FROM ANY MEMBER OR THEIR GUESTS.
